Our hot air balloons are a well-known sight in the Harrogate area of Yorkshire because of their distinctive
colour scheme.
Each balloon envelope is made out of six different colours which spiral around the balloon,
with no two adjoining panels the same.
Imaginative Design
Many years ago when we were purchasing a new balloon, we had difficulty designing a colour scheme,
so we gave the job to a local primary school.
Each child was given a blank template of the balloon
envelope to colour in, with a prize for the successful designer. Hence, this wonderful design was
born out of a child's imagination.
Over the years we have replaced this original balloon on several
occasions, but have always kept the same colour scheme.
